ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25262 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 in para 7 (b), the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of Cases of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25262 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week viz., on every Monday at 10:30 a.m.
