The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 18.03.2015, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to furnish the copy of sale deed dated 27.11.2014 vide Document No.1625 of 2014 on the file of the SRO, Thirunavalur, to the petitioner
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he applied for the certified copy of the sale deed dated 27.11.2014, however, the 2nd respondent by order dated 18.03.2015 refused to provide the certified copy for the reason that Section 47-A proceedings are pending before the authority.
3. Mr.
B. Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 submitted that the authority had already passed orders in section 47-A proceedings and the deficit stamp duty has already been paid and the document was released by the 2nd respondent. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that now the petitioner can apply for the certified copy of the sale deed dated 27.11.2014 and on making such application and paying the necessary charges, the 2nd respondent would provide the same.
4. Mr. C. Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission, made by the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to the effect that on proper application being made by the petitioner and paying the necessary charges, the 2nd respondent would provide the certified copy of the sale deed dated 27.11.2014, as expeditiously as possible, the Writ Petition stands closed.
