ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed praying to fix an early date in Habeas Corpus Petition No.1850 of 2016, pending on the file of this Court.

2. It is averred in the petition that one K.Riyaz Ahmed, husband of the detenue/petitioner has filed Habeas Corpus Petition No.1850 of 2016 on the file of this Court and the same has been posted on 26.09.2016. Since the petitioner is nothing but a detenue, who has been shown in Habeas Corpus Petition No.1850 of 2016, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought in the petition and also considering the fact that the detenue herself has filed the present petition, this petition can be allowed.

In fine, this petition is allowed and Habeas Corpus Petition No.1850 of 2016 is taken up today.
