O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to stay all the proceedings and the order passed in C.C.No.864/2010 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate till the disposal of appeal in C.A.No.Sr.No.1973/2011, which is pending before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The case of the petitioner, is that the petitioner married the respondent on 23.01.2019 according to Christian rites and customs. The marriage was solemnised at the little Flower Church Velliyambalam, Thiruvananthapuram. After the marriage, there was a matrimonial dispute between the couple for which, the respondent filed a complaint in C.C.No.864 of 2010 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate and to quash the said C.C this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present Crl.O.P the parties entered into a compromise. They have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 19.08.2015.

4. In view of the compromise memo arrived between the parties, this petition stands closed and the compromise memo forms part and parcel of the order.
