This petition is filed to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 169 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
