JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the issue has already been dealt with by the Apex Court, in which benefits have been granted to those persons, who have been given the benefits already and further holding that they should not be disturbed. In the case on hand, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the respondent has got all the benefits.

2. In view of the above submission, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
