Vishvanathan Medical College, Trichy.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2018 and consequently transfer the petitioner as Nursing Superintendent Grade-II, in Mahatma Gandhi Government Hospital, Trichy attached to K.A.P. Vishvanathan Medical College, Trichy.

2.When this court expressed that the present writ petition cannot be entertained for the purpose of granting the relief as such sought for and transfer being an incidental to service, courts cannot interfere in a routine manner.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there is no order as to costs.
