Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.123 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent herein to any competent authority in the cadre of Deputy Superintendent of Police and to monitor the same. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.123 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent herein to any competent authority in the cadre of Deputy Superintendent of Police and to monitor the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the 1st respondent police have conducted enquiry and closed the same as 'mistake of fact'. They have also filed referred charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri on 18.06.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
