This petition has been filed to accept the cause title of the above civil revision petition in SR No.162884 of 2023 filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 01.09.2023 in IA No.1277 of 2021 in OS No.518 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Judge, Gingee, Villupuram District.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
