This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.08.2022. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one Prabakaran had demolished the petitioner's house on 22.08.2022. In this regard, the petitioner had given a complaint through online on 25.08.2022 and again on 26.08.2022. So far, no FIR is registered.

3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint received from one Natarajan, the respondent had referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer for enquiry under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. Now, the matter is pending before the RDO.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and that the RDO enquiry is pending, the petitioner is directed to participate in the RDO proceedings and wait for the outcome to proceed further. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 27.01.2023 Internet:Yes/No Speaking order / Non-speaking order sp To 2/4
