O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/mother of the detenue Reena, aged about 19 years, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, who is in the custody of the third respondent herein, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3.The alleged detenue Reena is appeared before this Court along with her husband/third respondent herein and child and that she is peacefully living with her husband having a child. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, there is no scope for entertaining this petition for consideration. Hence, we are of the view that the Habeas Corpus Petition itself is not legally sustainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.
