PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order of detention passed by the second respondent in memo BCDFGISSV NO. 1263/2024 dated 18.12.2024 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent to produce the detenu SAM @ SAMUVEL son of Venkatesan aged about 27 years petitioner's son now confined at Central Prison Puzhal Chennai before this honourable court and set him at liberty.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
