Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAI KRISHNAN for M/S. GIRIDHAR AND SAI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petition for stay is dismissed. Since the 2nd respondent already got money decree against the 1st respondent. Moreover, the suit for partition filed by the petitioner have already been dismissed.
