J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Pending the Appeal the parties have settled the dispute and entered into a Joint Memorandum of Compromise providing for a resolution of the entire dispute between them. A Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 19.07.2023, signed by the parties as well as the counsel is filed. Both the appellant and respondent being senior citizens are appearing before this Court through Video conferencing. Both of them would affirm the terms of the compromise.
2. In view of the same, the compromise is recorded the Appeal will stand disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the decree. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
