ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 07.08.2021 for the offence under Section 506(ii) and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, in Cr.No.108 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have misbehaved with the defacto complainant's minor daughter and threatened her with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.19204, 17110 and 21501 of 2021 and Crl.O.P.No.21501 of 2021 was dismissed as withdrawn and Crl.O.P.Nos.19204 and 17110 of 2021 were dismissed by this Court.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.19204 and 17110 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
