Police, Chengalpattu Taluk Police Station, Chengalpattu District, to produce the petitioner's minor daughter Ms.K.Vaishnavi, D/o.K.Kamalakannan, female, aged about 17 years, before this Court, who is under the illegal custody of the 4th to 6th respondents and handover her custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's minor daughter, born on 25.03.2007, had gone missing from her house, a complaint in this regard came to be registered in F.I.R.No.839 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 under the caption 'girl missing'. Since the petitioner's minor daugther could not be traced within a reasonable time, he had preferred a present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was pending, we had directed the respondent Police to expedite the investigation and accordingly, the petitioner's minor daughter was secured and produced before us today. When

we had interacted with her, she expressed that she intends to reconcile with her parents and live under their care and custody.

3. In view of the detenu's statement, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
