The case has been heard through video conference The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have been granted bail by the Lower Court under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C.
