This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment and conviction imposed by learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FT Mahila Court) Erode in Spl.S.C.No.35 of 2022, dated 07.09.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 58 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
