THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.770 of 2022 IN CRL OP.20271/2021 GANESAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE [ RESPONDENT ] VENNANDUR POLICE STATION, NAMAKKAL DISTRICT (CRIME NO.700/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20271/2021 dated 29.10.2021 on the file of this Honble High Court and pass such and other orders which may deem fit and proper and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.

SUBASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20271 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
