The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.58 of 2022 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 506(i), 468 and 471 of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

2. It is stated that as on date, 14.02.2024 none of these three petitioners are arrayed as accused. This statement stated by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) is recorded.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition if any need arises. If any such petition is filed, the defacto complainant must be added as the respondent. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
