ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2019 provide police protection to safeguard the property being land comprised in S.Nos.13/A1, 13/1A/2A, S.Nos.13/1B, 13/A2C & 13/1A2B1, measuring 10.00 acres, situated in Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District Previously Tiruvallur District situated within the limits of Maduravoyal Police Station, Maduravoyal, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint received from the petitioner, the respondent police had issued C.S.R No.1478 of 2019. Thereafter, the respondent police conducted enquiry and found that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter party in CSR No.1478 of 219 and the same was closed on 15.12.2019.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
