These petitions are filed (i) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 1 to 3 (ii) to appoint the first respondent as the next friend and guardian of her minor daughter viz., V.Yamini, the second respondent and (iii) to appoint the first respondent as the next friend and guardian of her minor son viz., V.Keerthivasan, the third respondent in the above appeal, respectively. 2.Though notice was served on the proposed respondents and there is no representation on behalf of them and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.941 of 2013 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
