ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of investigation based on her representation dated 31.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. It is seen that the respondent police neither summoned the petitioner and their family members nor called the petitioner and her family members for enquiry so far. Further, no prima facie materials are available to show that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner and her family members.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is

dismissed.
