Prayer in W.P.No.1060 of 2022 :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents and to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2018 to re-determine the compensation from Rs.1,150/- per cent fixed by the second respondent in Award No.3 of 2002 dated 29.08.2002 to Rs.5,750/- per cent as per the Award in L.A.O.P.No.54 of 2004, dated 26.02.2018 within time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
