ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.06.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made representation, dated 11.06.2024 before the respondents seeking regularization of service in the post of Sweeper as per G.O.Ms.No.95, Environment and Forest Department dated 07.08.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.202, Environment and Forest (FR-2) Department, dated 18.12.2013 with all consequential benefits. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2024, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

7. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.06.2024, within a period of Twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
