The Assistant Commissioner (St) v. M/S.R.K.Ganapathy Chettiar

C.M.P.Nos.10517, 10524, 10558, 10593 and 10555 of 2024 in W.A.Nos.SR 48079, 48077, 48076, 48075 and 48078 of 2022 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ,J.

These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 599 and 597 days respectively in re-presenting the above writ appeals.

Upon hearing learned counsel, we condone the delay in re-presenting the appeals on condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as costs in each of the appeals to the credit of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

These miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
