Seeking to punish the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act for the wilful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.5104 of 2015, dated 17.03.2017.

Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court dated 17.03.2017 has been duly complied with and he has also produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Thuckalay, in Ni.Mu.No.4786/A3/2018, dated 13.04.2018.

3. Placing on record the above said proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.4786/A3/2018, dated 13.04.2018 and recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
