JUDGMENT

Both the learned counsel confirm that the Minor Guardianship Original Petition was filed for the custody of a child who was born in the year 2006. Since 22 years had lapsed, that it is evident that the child is no longer a minor.

2. Hence, nothing survives in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
