ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.26 of 2012 on the file of respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2012 has been completed and final report has been filed in CC.No.206 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore, for offences under Sections 406 and 408 IPC, on 23.07.2015. The said statement is recorded.
