2 SUGANTHI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to [I]amend as CC No.824/2019 instead of CC No.04/2015 in Crl.O.P.16214/2019 and Crl.M.P.No.8105/2019.[CRL.MP.NO.487/2020] [II]dispense with their personal appearance in C.C.NO.824 OF 2019 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,, Puduhcerry pending disposal of the Crl.O.P.NO.16214 of 2019. [CRL.MP.NO.489/2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE Additional public prosecutor, pondicherry for[r-1]on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case number pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Puducherry is C.C.No.824 of 2019. But mistakenly it has been mentioned as C.C.No.4 of 2015 in the main O.P. and also in Crl.M.P.No.8105 of 2019.

2. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment and post the matter on 12.02.2020.

4.Till then, personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial court is also dispensed with.
