This petition has been filed to amend the Court name from Cuddalore to Chennai in the grounds of the appeal and subsequently, direct the registry to carry out the correction in the Order passed in CMA.No.327 of 2024 dated 28.08.2025.

2. Considering the averments in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is Ordered. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
