Mr.C.Harish, learned counsel would state that pending writ petition, the prayer of the writ petitioner has been achieved insofar as the high voltage transformer has been erected elsewhere. The petitioner thus does not pursue this writ petition and an endorsement has been made by learned counsel withdrawing the same.
