O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 296(1), 115(1), 351(2) and 305 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.249 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31584 of 2025 with certain conditions. Now, by stating that, 3rd petitioner is a victim in a criminal case and so not complied with the said condition.

3. This Court is of the view that, without complying the pervious order, petitioners have come forward with the present petition seeking same relief is not maintainable. Hence, this Court directs the petitioners to comply the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.31584 of 2025 and further two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply the said order. The 3rd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
