This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1 st respondent / M.Selvam, as respondents 23 to 26. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been contended that the 1 st respondent, M.Selvam had died on 10.10.2019 leaving behind his widow and two sons and daughter as his legal representatives. It had been further stated that the petition had been filed within the specified time. 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, this petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment, bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1 st respondent as respondents 23 to 26.
