TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.10076 of 2018 IN CRL RC.369/2018 MUTHARASI [ PETITIONER ] Vs D.MURALIDHARAN, [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to direct the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to permit the petitioner nto receive the maintenance arrears of Rs.1,20,000/- paid by the respondent (2) and also prays that this Honble Court may direct the respondent nto pay Rs.4000/- PM as interim Maintenance to petitioner pending disposal in Crl.M.P.No.4505 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.369 of 2018 order dated 21.03.2018 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.V.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of NO APPEARANCE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the conditional order dated:21.03.2018 that the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,20,000/-, and along with a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month as interim maintenance and it is lying in the Court deposit has been complied with.

2) The learned counsel for the respondent-wife seeks permission to withdraw the amount as for maintenance.

3) Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent-wife, I am inclined to withdraw the amount subject to the result of the Criminal Revision. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4) Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the amount subject to the result of the Criminal Revision.
