Crl.O.P.No.430 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.430 of 2021 V. BHARATHIDASAN. J., (The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today, at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 16.02.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In which, offences have been wrongly mentioned as "9(m), 9(n) and r/w.10 of POCSO Act" instead of "498(A) , 406 of IPC and 9(m), 9(n) and 10 of POCSO Act."

3. Considering the above submission, the offences mentioned in paragraph No.1 is ordered to be corrected as "498(A) , 406 of IPC and 9(m), 9(n) and 10 of POCSO Act. "

4. Time to execute sureties, is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction in the order dated 16.02.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.430 of 2021 and issue fresh copy of the order to the parties, forthwith. 05.03.2021 mrp V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.
