This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is posted today for "being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant contended that in the order passed by this Court on 29.01.2019, though there is observation by this Court that the compensation amount should be apportioned in the ratio 50:50 between respondents 2 & 3, the same is not incorporated in the result portion. On such deposit being made by the respondents 2 & 3, the appellant / claimant is at liberty to withdraw the same, after following due process of law. 4.The Registry is also directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh order copy incorporating the above. 18.11.2019 mtl http://www.judis.nic.in
