The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to direct the Learned Principal District Munsif Court, Ariyalur to dispose of the I.A.No.44 of 2018 in O.S.No.215 of 2017 pending on its file, within the time frame.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the counter has been filed on 10.06.2018 and arguments have already been commenced.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur to dispose of the I.A.No.44 of 2018 in O.S.No.65 of 2007, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
