This petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.160611 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
