ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that it is a case of civil dispute and already enquiry was conducted and closed and therefore, there is no question of harassment.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen that the dispute is between siblings and already, civil case is pending between them which is at the E.P. Stage. Hence, the respondents police is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute and harass either the petitioner or his sibling.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
