ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.12.2022, enquiry has been conducted and the outcome of the enquiry, a case has been registered in Crime No.11 of 2022 for the offences under Section 406 and 420 of IPC.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner after enquiry, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 10.01.2023 shk 2/4
