Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.13422/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.946/2019 dated 18.09.2019 that the petitioner shall report before Executive Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner of Police, Puliyanthope District on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHAMED ANSAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13422/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.946/2019 dated 18.09.2019 that the petitioner shall report before the Executive Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pullianthope District on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State, the condition relating to the appearance of the petitioner imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13422/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.946/2019 dated 18.09.2019 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Executive Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pullianthope https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District once in a month i.e. the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. It is made clear that all other conditions of the order shall remain intact.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
