(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner, who lost in the writ petition as well in the writ appeal, has filed this petition seeking condonation of delay of 460 days in filing the review application.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the observations made in the order dated 03.09.2018 made in W.A.No.1870 of 2018, which is the subject matter of this review application, the petitioner was expecting the constitution of Equivalence Committee and it is yet to be constituted and would further add that Master of Law (M.L.) in Contract and Mercantile Laws and Master of Law (M.L.) in Business Law are one and the same and as such, he is fully qualified to apply for the said post.

Jvm Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
4. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 460 days in filing the review application is condoned. Registry is directed to number the review application and list it for admission and also print the name of Ms.Thanga Vadhana Balakrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3.
