The prayer sought for in the revision petition is to set aside the impugned order dated 21.12.2018 in unnumbered I.A.No. of 2018 in HMOP.No.464 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thambaram.
2. In view of the Judgement of the High Court of Karnataka dated 02.12.2016 in MFA.No.6526 of 2016, the Registry of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thambaram, shall not insist for the change of Vakalath. Nevertheless, the petitioner is called upon to file an affidavit stating that the earlier counsel had refused to give a change of Vakalath before the trial Court. On receipt of such an affidavit, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thambaram, shall instruct his Registry to number the present interim application without insisting for "No Objection" from the earlier counsel and the number the same, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
