ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the order of interim maintenance passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, in C.M.P. No.2219 of 2015 in C.M.P. No.4571 of 2015 under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (for brevity "the Act").
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The impugned order was passed on 02.04.2015 and the petitioners have entered appearance in the main case before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and have also filed counter as early as on 18.08.2015. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 02.04.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, they should have preferred an appeal within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order under Section 29 of the Act and in such view of the matter, this Crl. In the result, this petition is dismissed.
