O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the I.A. 73 of 2019 in H.M.O.P. 98 of 2017, pending on the file of Sub-Court, Kallakurichi.

2. Considering the nature of order being passed in this Civil Revision Petition, which will no way cause any prejudice to 1/3

the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is wife. Earlier, the respondent, husband filed a Original Petition for divorce, in which, an exparte decree has been passed against the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed an application to set aside the exparte order in I.A. 73 of 2019. Even though the application was filed on 10.10.2018, so far, the application was not disposed of. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Sub-Judge, Kallakurichi is directed to dispose the H.M.O.P. 98 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
