ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.7(a) imposed by this Court in its order dated 17.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24867 of 2024. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.,J.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.97 of 2024 before the learned Principal District Judge, Ranipet.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.24867 of 2024 by order dated 17.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal District Judge, Ranipet on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
