ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28049 of 2024, to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Old Town Police Station, Cuddalore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

Crl.MP.No.553 of 2025 dsn respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
