This application has been filed for an ad interim injunction restraining the second and fifth respondents from holding the election to the Executive Committee of the Kailash Colony Welfare Association on 07.01.2024 or thereafter without the leave of this Court.

2. There is no representation for the respondents. Despite service of notice, none appeared for the respondents and no counter has been filed.

3. Hence, the interim Order already granted by this Court on 05.01.2024 is made absolute till the disposal of this suit.

4. Post on 12.04.2024 for filing written statement by the defendants.
