Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Termination order issued by the 4th respondent, dated 14.03.2013 based on the letter in Mu.Mu.No.1682/A1/2012, dated 28.12.2012 of the 3rd respondent and to quash both as illegal and in consequence to direct the respondents to continue as B.T. Assistant at Tamil Nadu Government Scale of Pay for five years either from the date of her joining as a B.T. Assistant on 18.04.2011 or from 01.04.2010 the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, came into force so as to enable her an opportunity to qualify Teacher Eligibility Test under the relevant Act.

On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 30.01.2020 and there was no representation for the petitioner.

Even today, i.e. 06.02.2020, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
